Our Queen room was completed in January 2002 with its own private entry, air-conditioning, tea and coffee making facilities, television plus attention to detail comparative to five star luxury, you'll have a hard time leaving the room!

This delightful double bedroom also with air-conditioning has its own separate entry/exit door, where you can slip quietly outside through the palms for a midnight swim under the twinkling night sky of Cairns.

All the luxuries of home await you with your own coffee and tea making facilities, ample cupboard (yes hanging) space, and of course your own private ceiling fans for those warm Cairns days and evenings.  Additionally, both Rooms have personal security safes to protect your valuables.

Our charges are comparable with other B&Bs in the area and we believe we offer good value. Please note the following:

• A one night deposit is required to secure a booking and we accept Visa and MasterCard. (A 3% surcharge may apply if paying by credit card)

• Cancellation Policy - More than 7 days notice 100% refund, 7 days to 1 day 50% refund, less than 24 hours notice no refund

• Airport transfers are $25.00 per trip but this charge is waived for guests staying three nights or more

• Guests staying seven nights or more have the eighth/sixteenth nights free

• Email service is complimentary, as is use of our barbeque

• Laundry and Ironing facilities complimentary, small charge for soap powder

• We can provide local transport for guests who book tours through us.
